Terms of Service

Right To Refuse
I reserve the right to refuse any potential commission for any reason, including but not limited to hate speech, overtly graphic suggestion, or copyright.
Quotes
When commissioning, you will receive a quote for the potential work based on complexity of the work.
While initial quotes are considered final, I reserve the right to induce extra fees based on changes or requests before or after work has begun.
Complexity Pricing
All prices listed are set and to be expected, prices can and will be adjusted based on the work given.
Payment
All commissions will be priced and processed in USD and may differ with different currencies based on exchange rates.
For most commissions, payment is expected 100% up front BEFORE work is to begin.
The only exception to this rule is for quotes larger than $250, but MUST be discussed before or during the date of quote.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given if work has not started on the piece.
Full refunds will be given if I decide to cancel the commission for any reason.
Not Safe For Work Arts
I DO accept commission of NSFW material.
All NSFW works will have a 30% fee to a maximum of $50.
The Right to Refuse applies to any NSFW work that I am not comfortable working with for any reason: Including but not limited to depictions of underage characters, depictions of non-consent, gore, sounding/docking, and feral characters.
Characters
The work I create primarily focuses on Anthropomorphic characters
For clothing, renders, and animations, I am willing to work with human/armored characters if requested as long as it is discussed at the time of quote
Assets
Any Textures and asset files will need to be sent in order to start a commission.
I will delete any client’s asset files when requested by the client.
If sharing an asset’s files with me is against the asset’s TOS, and I do not previously own the asset, the price of the asset will be added to the quote.
Turn Around Time
All listed turnaround times are estimates based on previous works
You should receive the finished product before or within the estimated time frame
Any delays will be communicated openly as to respect the client.
Delivery
You will receive only the necessary files to complete the commission.
These do not include project files used in the creation of the final product.
Substance Painter files from texturing commissions can be acquired at request under my own discretion.
Client Usage
All pieces are made for personal, non-commercial, purposes.
The client may post their commissioned work if proper credit is given.
The client is not allowed to sell nor resell any works created by me.
Artist Usage
I reserve the right to showcase SFW pieces in my portfolio.
I will contact the client for permission if I wish to post the work elsewhere.
I will contact the client for permission if I wish to post NSFW works in my portfolio or elsewhere.
Custom Models such as clothing for a base model may be sold with permission of the commissioner.
NO AI
Use of artificial intelligence will NEVER be used in commissions.
You may NEVER use any work I have worked on or created to generate AI works or train AI.
